My journey to being a chef is as colourful and intriguing as my food. I started life in the Southern Thai islands and Jungle and my cooking is inspired by seafood, fresh ingredients and the rich spices and aromatic herbs that are a daily staple in Thai food. My life took a twist when I moved to England where I began training as a Chef. My skills were quickly recognised and I've won multiple competitions and worked at AA Rosette and Michelin star awarded venues such as the Dorchester Hotel. I will do everything I can to ensure your dining experience with me is truly unforgettable
